VirtualMark is based on the Futuremark industry standard benchmark, 3DMark. With our vast database of over 15 million results, VirtualMark is able to accurately predict the performance of almost any imaginable computer configuration.
Step 1:
Installing VirtualMark
To get started, you will be asked to install an add-on(* for your browser which is required for VirtualMark to run. Internet Explorer 6/7 users will be prompted to install an ActiveX component. FireFox users need to run a Java Applet.
Step 2:
Running VirtualMark
VirtualMark will now analyze your installed hardware components. The analysis can take up to two minutes depending on your hardware setup, but usually completes in less than 30 seconds. Please note that VirtualMark does not collect any personally identifiable information. For details please refer to Futuremarks privacy statement.
Step 3:
Analysis Complete
When VirtualMark has completed the system analysis, you are ready to use the ORB! You will get your 3DMark Score and an analysis of your systems current 3D gaming performance. You will also be able to compare your 3DMark Score to millions of other benchmark results using the Search & Compare tool.
*) VirtualMark uses Futuremarks Measurement Services Client (MSC), a browser add-on required in order to perform the performance analysis. The installed component (MSC) can be uninstalled at any time from Windows Control Panel.
